We offer FREE SHIPPING within the 48 contiguous states on orders over $75, otherwise, there is a $12.50 flat shipping charge.  For locations within Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada, there is a flat shipping charge of $20 per order.

Returns and Exchanges:

We warrant that our products will be free from manufacturing defects.  Please note that since all of our shoes are made with leather, and since leather is a natural product, there may be slight imperfections such as small scratches, scars, wrinkles, and color variations. These should not be considered defects, but rather part of the character and beauty of natural leather.

In any event, if you are not 100% satisfied or if the shoes did not fit, you may return any unused item that is in its original condition and in its original packaging within 30 days of the date of purchase, for exchange or for credit on future purchases (NO REFUNDS).  No returns are allowed more than 30 days after purchase.

Simply ship the item back to us, at your cost.  We will offer FREE SHIPPING on the replacement if the shipping location is within the 48 contiguous States.
